At PrinterSupplies.com, in business since 1992, we are always taking steps to make shopping online as simple and hassle-free as possible. Here's how to use our Online Store. If you have any suggestions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Navigating the Online Store
The Online Store gives you the ability to browse for supplies and parts by the make and model of your printer, fax or copier, and the option to locate the item by the exact part number. Keep in mind that many printer toner and ink cartridges may have compatible cartridges that will save you money. Because of this, you may want to browse for your machine first to see all available items. If you don't see your machine, call us, we're GLAD to look it up for you.

Ordering Items
Once you find an item, you can add it to your order. To verify it is the item you need, click the item number to read the complete description. Please note that some item prices are for boxes of quantity, and viewing the full product description will provide complete details.

Reordering From Past Orders
The Online Store keeps track of your previous Online orders. Sorry, orders placed via fax or phone are not available to view Online. To reorder items or to reprint an invoice or receipt, login to your account and click the order history link.

Payment Types
If you have an approved business account setup with us, you will be able to pay by Purchase Order online. Others may only pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Because the ability to pay by purchase order is linked to each specific customer account login, you must always use the approved login when ordering, or the option will not be available.

Shipping Method
All order ship the same day if ordered before 4p.m. CENTRAL TIME.

Checking Out
Once you have placed all necessary items in your cart, you can checkout. Just click the Checkout link on the right-hand side of the screen. You will first be taken to your cart, so you can verify all items. During the checkout process, you will need to complete your name, business name (if applicable) and ship to and bill to addresses.

GSA Customers
Check the GSA box when logging in for the first time. This will give you the GSA at the end of the order. For FREE ground shipping you must choose the Gov't shipping option at check out. If need faster shipping, it is a chargable item. Only FEDERAL GOV'T will be allowed to use these features. If you are not Federal Gov't and checked these boxes in error, you will be contacted before your order is processed.
