We are HP Authorized to sell their product and offer the HP Reward Program PurchasEdge. 99% of ours ship by 3:00pm (Central time) ship the same day!. There may be a product out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible. Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may contain pricing, typography, or photography errors.

Net 30 On Approved Credit - Public School Districts, Hospitals, Colleges, State and Federal Gov't have automatic terms. If you are a larger company, call us to discuss term options. Terms for individual terms are not available. If you order something on our site using a PO and you are not authorized, your order will be cancelled.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package and product has been lost or damaged in transit, call us first.
Packages Refused, not delivered in three attemepts and address corrections
Do you know we get charged the return shipping if you refuse your package? Do you know if you put the wrong adress, we get charged 18.95 by the Fed X and UPS? Do you know if you don't get your package in three attempts, they carriers overnight it back to us and charge return shipping? The answer is yes to all, it doesn't happen often, but is happening more and more, so please if you order, do not refuse, and if your not available please call the carrier to redeliver, and when on the site, please make sure you put a good address. We don't want these charges, and neither do we want to bill you for them.
Cancellations
Enter and order and change your mind, or make an error, CALL ASAP 800-551-1943. We process orders quickly, so you emails don't work.

No return will be accepted without a return authorization number, to obtain a return #, call 800-551-1943
No return will be accepted without proper packaging to protect the product. Product must be in an outer box. Product will be refused by warehouse if not in outer box.
Return must be received within ten days of authorization.
No return will be accepted without original manufacturer's box and all inside packaging. Product box must have no writing or markings of any kind.
If the product states NO Returns, we will not be able to issue a return.

Manufacturers have guidelines as to what we can return. Not every item on our site is returnable, such as transfer belts, fuser's and formatter boards.
Product that is opened and/or installed is not returnable. Some items (not every item on our website) may be returned, if the box is unopened (original seal - not broken) & is subject to restocking fee depending item.
If something arrives defective request for returns must be made within 30 days.

When Returning Product
Over the years we have received several boxes with wrong return items, empty cartridges, self inflicted damage, and so on...Our products are coded with tags. In order to credit, replace, or warranty any product it must be ours and it must be the product on the return.
HP does have 1 year warranty, so please keep the original HP Boxes to request warranty.
